Updates on the Madman of Elkriahl and Other Fairy Tales

*  *  *

Hey there, readers!  Thought I'd pop in with an update on my upcoming book.
You'e probably noticed that my posts have gone down quite a bit lately- and that's mostly because I've been hard at work on this project, attempting to meet my own deadlines.  So now I'm happy to tell you that the illustrations are officially finished!
The cover art is also on it's way to being completed.  I have been working with Hannah Williams, and she has created a beautiful front cover, which I shall reveal as soon as I have added the title and text.  I can't wait to show you- she's done a wonderful job, and I would highly recommend her services to any of you authors out there.

Also, after some debate, I have elected to include one more short fairy tale to the collection- making for five stories total.  The final, official contents will include the following:

The Madman of Elkriahl, a novella
When the king dies, the prince goes missing, and his uncle takes the thrown, Gretta's world changes forever.  But after a startling revelation, she sets out with a dangerous madman on a quest that may change the course of the country.

The Fairy King
Little Anya is treated cruelly by her Aunt Aggie.  But when she is captured by the perilous fairies of the wood, will it turn out to be the stroke of luck she needed?

Dilmond Garp and the Wibberwon Gamby
Dilmond is a good boy with one great fault- he does not like to do his chores.  What young boy really does, anyway?  But when Dilmond strikes a deal with a magical Gamby, he may find he's gotten in over his head.

Stoneheart,
In a fit of rage, a wicked fairy curses a young prince to have a heart of stone.  Unless he can somehow learn love, his kingdom will have no rain.  Can simple gardener Silvia save both him and her people before it's too late?

The Traveler's Game
In a kingdom bound by snow and ice, a wicked king rules with an iron fist.  But one mysterious traveler has come to put in his own wager...

And now, for your enjoyment, here are some final previews of the illustrations, this time from  Dilmond Garp and The Traveler's Game!

And there you have it!  Let me know what you think in the comments- I love hearing what you have to say.
Remember to check back here for updates.  Cover reveal is coming soon- along with a riddle solving contest and a chance to win a free copy of the book on its release!  More details on that later.  ;D

Have a great day!  Or evening, or night... depending on where you are.
